At just 19, Sharon carried her ambitions across the Atlantic to Chicago, where she discovered a world still unfamiliar with the delicacy of the true French macaron. Determined to share its authentic refinement, she continued her training at Le Cordon Bleu and later perfected her craft at the prestigious Lenôtre Paris, one of France’s most revered institutions.
Guided by this world-class foundation, Sharon embarked on a mission to introduce America to the macaron as it was meant to be—delicate, sophisticated, and crafted with unwavering attention to detail.
